now state reserves more seats to backword classes.I think it will help them to a certain extend.I suggests give reservation to intercaste marriage couples.....so i need more suggestions

Castes came in to fore, when the people were classified according to the work they did. People were helping each other even though caste-ism was prevalent, There was no caste-ism in their mind.
Politicians have changed all these things, for their self interest. They have brought the caste-ism in to people's mind, even though one goes to the others house, unlike in the past. If you remove the ego from the people's mind that one caste is superior and the other is inferior, then a caste-less society may come into exist. But, I don't think it is possible, in spite of the steps you mentioned being taken, as the human nature is like that. Reservation itself has divided the people further more.
Do you have any place in the world, which has (caste-less) perfect society?

"Each one must teach one.". One saint tried to build a casteless society in 12th century in our country but even he failed. In my opinion Eduaction is the only way.
