I don't want to read because I usually study for hours before going to bed. TV usually bores me.

Sex is a great answer and I completely agree, but unfortunately that's really not ab option for me at this time.

How about music? There are a good many relaxing options out there such as New Age, Classical and other cool, soothing sounds. A good cup of chamomile tea is also good. And if you aren't in the mood for reading listen to a good story via an audiobook.

How about some chamomile tea and some good music while you close your eyes and fantasize about something you like.
That does it for me... I transport myself into amazing scenarios... it doesn't have to be anything sexual... just things you like or dream about... it's very empowering and relaxing.

Like you, I study for hours before bed and TV is just boring.

That aside, I usually put on some history channel international...love that old stuff...the professorial voices help me go right to sleep...

But sex is way better....
