im referring to people with 6 kids who live off welfare and cant take care of the kids they already have. why do THEY continue to have more kids?

In poor and 3rd world countries, they have more children because of mortality rates and being able to have the kids work to bring more money into the family (like it or not).
In the US, I have no reason.

Because they think the more kids they have, they more money they will get, and they more they can get on their foodstamps.
