Well the honest answer is a unlikely one. Back in his day, cock (chicken) fighting was highly popular. Lincoln was a judge or referee or whatever they called them and was known for his honest decisions. Strange, but true. LOL, Yahoo has been deleting the word "cock" so I'll substitute with "Male Chicken" I hope you'll understand better than the censors! ROTFLMAO..

HE was working at a store as a teenager and someone forgot to get there change back after buying something and he walked miles to give the man his money
