Hello believe in the dodgers,

I have a Macintosh and their keyboard shortcut for a Spanish open question mark is Option + Shift + ?. The open exclamation mark is Option + 1. The other method is to use the Show Character Pallete menu command from up at the flag menu bar.

I believe that Microsoft Word has a Character Pallete like thing also. It's the Insert > Symbols... menu command (or maybe that's just the Macintosh version of Word). This brings up a special window of available symbols. You simply click on that and it inserts the correct symbol in your document.

Good luck.

Don't pay attention to what the first person answered. Some people think they're funny. Well, Spanish is ONE language. The difference is just in the accent or terminology. Usually, in US schools they teach what you would call Latin American Spanish. It depends a lot on the teacher, his country of origin or what country he learned the language in. The Spanish spoken in Spain is the one usually taught in the European countries. It's the same that happens with English. In Latin America they usually teach American English. In Europe they teach British English. PS: I see "confusa" (with an 'n') and it's a correct word. .
