The same thing happened to me when I had swim class. Most of the guys in there just showered naked. But there were a few of us that just showered with our suit on. I did both, for the first couple of weeks I was nervous about taking my suit off while showering, it wasn't until someone pants me while I was in my suit, then I started showering naked. I'm going to say that if your too nervous to shower naked with the swim team. You could just shower with your suit on. After a while, when everything gets more relaxed and after you been in the class for a few weeks. Your nerves might go down. Also, don't be afraid to try new things, I mean, hey, they're all guys ain't they. If you think that you have to shower naked, you don't. Even if some of the guys say things to you about showering with your suit on, you will still feel good that you don't have to shower naked.
The choice is up to you. You can shower with your suit on. You could also shower naked, but of course, that's when you feel good about it, and once you do. It'll take all the nerves away.

If it is a public pool, before I get in the pool I shower with my bathing suit on. There are signs that state that you should rinse off before getting into the pool. However, after I get out of the pool, I shower naked. I always rinse my suit off in the shower, as well, so I tend to wear it in, then 'disrobe' and finish showering.

You dont have to shower naked before swimming.
If pre-shower is a rule in your pool, your coach should insist on your swimwear being wet as well.
That solves one problem.
Now for the post shower.
If you're sensitive about it despite everyone showering in the nude, just scrub, change & leave immediately, pretending you're in a mad rush everyday.
Shower at home subsequently.

I'm not on the swim team...I do swim for recreation.
I shower in my birthday suit, but I would suggest that you see what the others are doing if you are that uncomfortable.

Assuming you're in a single sex locker room then its to be expected to shower naked after swimming. It might be weird to leave the suit on especially if you use soap or shampoo. Just dont do it in the communal areas you find poolside. If you're shy, just remember, no-one cares. No-one will judge you or look at you.

Showering before pool entry is mandatory! Wearing your swimsuit is advisable as well, try putting on a swimsuit when your wet. It's not easy.

i never shower naked when im already wearing my suit.
however, when i do dryland in the mornings, i am too sweaty and tired to put on my suit, so i shower naked. only like 3 people do it along with me, so we wrap towels around ourselves so the others dont yell at us for it. some people dont understand my beauty! lol
