None except where important or legal documents are concerned and that is a easy fix. just have witness to signature on these types of documents

If you do not drive anymore you can get a state ID card with your new signature, or talk to your bank and just let people know if they question you about it that you are having problems. I had surgery on my left hand and am left handed and was not able to write with that hand for 3 weeks and I cannot write legibly with my right hand, but I didn't have a problem.
