does anyone know of a website that shows pictures and the names of the different fish? i have a tank with like 4 different kinds and i would like to know what they are

The above mentioned cichlid-forum is by far the best cichlid website on the net. Helpful people, articles, pictures, and you can be set on the right path to proper cichlid care, since these are generally improperly kept fish by many. A good idea to find out what they are, and then you should post on their forum find out if they'e compatible before they start killing each other.

www.cichlid-forum.com At the main page, click on "profiles" in the nav bar and it will show pics of every species from central american to malawian cichlids. They also have a very helpful forum with plenty of knowledgable and approachable staff and members.
