well i guess it seems this question is a joke. but if you are smarter then somebody it would be because you put out effort to be smart and learned alot so you will have an understanding of everything. you could be smarter then me but i have 46% best answers and you have 0%. lol. but that doesn't mean im smarter then you. no matter how smart you are there is always someone smarter then you. but im guessing this was not a serious question.
