I try to remember that this too, shall pass and that no matter how bad things seem to me, there are always people who have it much, much worse. I try to be thankful for what I do have and just get through the tough days one day at a time and try to learn from every experience.

I always believe in the saying that goes - "When the going gets tough, the tough gets going."

What do I do? Sit down, relax and find a solution to the problem. All problems have solutions. If you can not do it alone, seek help from others.

When times are tough, sometimes I cry, sometimes I retreat from the world. But then I come to realize that i have been through worse and there is nothing i can`t make it through. I just know it will get better because it has to. And I am not too proud to ask for help if i need it.

when it gets tough, I change the way I look at things, and things around me seem to change for the better..sometimes I have to have some time like 10 or 15 minutes of meditating, but it works. Try to say " I want to feel good" and say it three or four times, take a deep breath, hold it, and let it out slowly.......it works!

Back when I quit my horrible kiss-*** corporate job and decided to start a business, I struggled like hell. But when I think back on those times, that was probably one of the best times I can think of. So many friends around (and we were all flat *** broke).

I did basically anything.. Temped in downtown Chicago (I think they paid around $15 an hr back then), had a 2nd job as a waiter (good money too). Got home late and worked on the business.

And if I were flat broke tomorrow, I'd do the same thing.

I just relax and do my best to make it better because I know that everything happens for a reason, and there are some things that are out of my control. I pray and trust God because He knows what He's doing, and no matter what happens, it could always be worse. Worrying about it won't do any good, it will just stress me out.
