I have been using my phone for a year and now I want to do a master reset to erase all contents that I have input. When try doing so, I am requested to enter a master reset code. But I do not know the code is and I have looked in the manuel to find one, yet I wasn't able to locate it. Where can I go to retrive this code to do a master reset?

take the phone to an authorized mobile phone dealer or your network career. they only can help you with this. i doubt that they'll offer the code number over the phone bcos of security reasons. remember all your msgs, phone numbers, settings will be set to default status after you do this.
