Look at a sunset. Watch the miracle of birth. No way it wasn't planned. Also, if we developed from other animals, why wouldn't we be able to use their organs to transplant into a dying person. Also, many scientists themselves have realized that science and the Bible do actually agree with one another. If you're just sick of all of the suffering, the only reason why God allows it is because when Satan told Eve that she would not die by eating that fruit, he essentially called God a liar, said humans could effectively govern themselves, and he challenged God's right to rule. If God were to just destroy Adam and Eve right there, all of the angels watching might question whether God is our rightful ruler. God has allowed human suffering to play out, and he is waiting for all of those sighing and groaning over this system of things to be brought into his loving organization. God can read heart conditions, so he will know when there is no one left on earth who wants to follow his way of life. And when that is done, God can and will bring this system of things to end. I think humans have just about proven in all of the governments that they have tried, that they cannot rule themselves. Even if you were to get rid of all of the corrupt rulers, we would still have sin and through sin, sickness and death. At Proverbs 33:24 it tells us that in God's new system, no resident will say: "I am sick." Revelation 21:4 tells us that death will be no more. This is a promise for the earth. Psalms 37:11 tells us that the meek ones themselves will possess the earth, and verse 22 tells us that those being blessed by God will possess the earth. Verse 29 tells us that the righteous will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it. These are just a few scriptures that support this teaching. Also, I'm sorry if life is really so bad that you don't believe that there could possibly be a God anymore. And if that isn't your reason for believing that, as I said before, many scientists have found that science and the Bible do agree. And also if that isn't the reason, I'm sorry if I offend you.

I'm not going to argue one way or the other for the theory, and whether or not it is dangerous. I'm just going to tell you what it states, which is exactly what you've asked.
The theory of evolution states that the set of traits common within a population of a species changes slowly over time as those individuals with traits that make them more likely to survive and reproduce actually do survive and reproduce at a greater rate than those without such traits, until the population has a greater frequency of such traits than it had before.
In more modern terms: The genome (the set of all genes present in a population) changes over time to include greater prevalence of genes associated with traits that lead to a better chance to survive and reproduce.

That mutation evolves and improves the species through naturla selection.
I don't see the correlation between space and time. Evolutionary theory does not explain why or how Newton developed calculus or the laws of planetary motion. Our ideas and advancement on the realm of space and time exists because of these two men.
Look at a sunset? There's an explanation for that. It's not supernatural.
We are descended from homanids.....not Golden retrievers (but I do get 'sick as a dog" from time to time)

The Darwinian theroy of Evolution suggests that the more adapted (as in variations in physical characteristics) a human posseses, the more he/she will be able to survive in their environment. IT's basically "survival of the fittest"
For Example: If a person lived on an island, and the only way to get food was by swimming in the ocean, if they showed variation (e.g. they had 'flippers' instead of toes), they would more likely survive than the people with 'toes' because they were more adapted to the environment.

The theory of evolution is dangerous indeed. It unholds the principle of natural selection that favors the best species of the populace and disregarding those with redhebitory defets alludng it to be surplus ..Should a group of people claiming themselves to be intelligent and powerul , wanting to dominate the world might adopt and resort to this theory in order to push through their agenda, then I think christianity would be disregarded in this respect. Like the planning of master race initiated by Hilter and want to be dulicated by scrupolous men.

Darwin believed that all living things transformed to adapt better to their environment. They developed attributes to help them thrive and lost attributes which were not needed.
Animals such as dogs do not need all of their toes to survive, so if you look at your dog's leg you will see one toe nail about a 1/3 of the way up the leg. Eventually, as in millions and millions of years, that toe will be gone. Humans in Africa were exposed to malaria so they developed a gene that made them less susceptible. When they were brought to the US (where there is no malaria) to be slaves, the gene started to die out.

That dude who responded first is so incorrect i think forced to reply to. Darwins concept of organic determination states that organisms evolve by way of "survival of the fittest", or people who're maximum tailored to their particular ecosystem will beat out the contest of alternative organisms that are no longer besides tailored. by way of mutations, or environmental stresses, organic determination produces the main fit persons to outlive, and removes people who cant. And in order that my chum above is conscious, evolution takes hundreds of years for in basic terms tiny differences. and that i didnt comprehend the manhattan subways existed because of the fact the continent grow to be populated "hundreds of years in the past"

Evolution is a philosophical outcropping from materialism, the unprovable belief that the cosmos is an absolute.
