This depends?
If it's with a guy, then wear a flirty outfit. A nice frilly skirt would be ok, and a lace tank top, and a matching purse. But this IS winter time, so a more reasonable outfit would be a nice pair of tight fitting jeans, and a long sleeve butten down abercrombie shirt. That would look really cute.
If it's just with friends, then it doesn't matter really. Wear what you would wear to school, jeans and a nice t-shirt woulf be ok.

Going to the movies isn't much different than just hanging out at home with friends or going to the mall. Wear what you would in those situations.

That depends on WHY you're going... If it's to really SEE the movie- then anything you like. If it's with a guy whose attention you're after- something between "luke warm" & "hot" (depending on how much you like him). If it's with your best girlfiend- then call HER & ask her what SHE'S wearing, & then dress accordingly. If it's with your 17th best girlfriend- then wear something strikingly prettier than she's going to. And finally, if your friend happens to be a "friend" in name only- then wear mis-matched colors, ill fitting shoes- & way too much makeup, & you'll never have to go out with that person again! Have a good time!!! :)

something casual but cute.
i don't know what your personal style is so....
i guess just don't go overboard with accessories.
maybe a cute headband, tight fitting blazer, cool jeans, and flats
i don't know seems like it can suit everything from preppy to emo.

just casual clothes. dont overdo it and wear your best clothes, you'll end up looking ridiculous when everyone else is in jeans.
