I was watching Beauty and the Geek, and one team got eliminated. Where did they go? What's to keep them from going out and telling people about the outcome of the games before they air?

It depends on the show. Some go home with a legal restriction against them speaking about the show; however, some shows put them up in hotels for a while so no one knows they've been eliminated (most specifically the Survivor series).

That 5 million dollar contract that they signed that states that if they were to tell secrets of the show or give away who wins then they could be sued for up to 5 million. Most of them don't have that type of money so they aren't talking once they get kicked off.

reality show fifteen minute of fame or on the View. They will not reveal anything that happens after the show of they will be sued by the show. They sign disclosures clauses before they can even be on the show.

LOL, just kidding. Depending on the show, sometimes they put them up (sequester) them in a hotel... or sometimes they make the contestants sign a "Do Not Disclose" agreement and send them home.
