Im gonna be getting only about 5 hours of sleep and I usually feel completely exhausted with any less than 6. So I was wondering, is there anything special i can do, drink or eat that will keep me awake throughout the day.

(common things: not special energy drinks, because in the morning i wont have time to get them)

Any ideas?

Keep yourself moving all the time, this will help you stay awake, its what I did during and after my all-nighters in college. Plus I used caffeine but I know that is not for everyone. Don't make it a habit, once in a while is normal for college or med students but in the long term regularly shorting yourself is bad for your health. PS The one time I tried 2 all nighters in a row, after the 2nd day I dropped my fork at dinner mid fork lift (Z!)

If you can, find a chair in a spot where you won't be interrupted and try to get a 15-20 minute nap after lunchtime.
