My tail lights work with my starter but when I use the key neither the tail or brake lights work. why?

I have replaced the fuses and the bulbs are good.

It's the starter.

It sounds like a crossed or loose wire. Just found out my defroster doesn't work with the starter now. Got to have them check the wires.

check for faulty ground,strap,wires,connections,etc.....be sure all connections are clean & tight.........especially at the starter..........wait..............did you have a remote start feature instaled..?.......if so direct your attension there!
