Honestly, the best place to find suppliers world wide that I've found is on Alibaba.com. They do have some great suppliers for pet supplies, and it will give you options. You have to be careful, as not all of the suppliers are above board. Check and DOUBLE check anyone you do business with.
You can also restrict your search to businesses in a specific area, which is convenient. But, really, I'd look into shipping in from overseas for some items (the prices are worth the shipping).
Warning: I've had a few of the "Businesses" on alibaba turn out to be frauds. Check, double check.

Try looking at salehoo, they good thing about salehoo is the wholesalers are rated and reviewed by its members so you would have to be scammed , http://salehoo.deals-guide.com
