Have you ever shaken something without putting the cap back on, and it should have been?

my dad did it with ketchup once in the kitchen, with white curtains.
all i heard was swearing...

In a restaurant once my husband wanted to shake the BBQ sauce for the Pork Ribs. The cap was off and it went in my hair and all over everything. We laughed and the waitress brought towels and it just got worse!
