Australia is in need of water and I want to know how to wash your car clean and effective but with little was as possible..and please no comments such as 'just don't wash the car'

Also can't wash in the rain....because if it was rainning Australia wouldn't suffer from drought!!

you can try a product called dry-wash(dri-wash) it is a waterless auto cleaner. it is used for aircraft also ..don't know how safe it is or if its good for ecology... but it works good

Always wash it in the shade at coolest time of day. Use a hose that has an automatic shut off spray. Wet it down, wash all top parts first, rinse top parts, wash sides and front, rinse, wash wheels/tires, rinse. You can't go slow or the soap will dry too fast. If you have someone to help, it'll go quicker.

Get a bucket of water with some soap, a sponge and a towel. Clean area with sponge and then dry with the towel.

you can just wet it down ,and then use a bucket of soapy water and wash it then rinse it off,it uses less water this way and does as good,hope this help,s.
