You have not mentioned what exactly you need about Hr. I am giving you a overview of this field:

There are various roles played by an Human Resource executive.

1. Pre - Recruitment:
Whenever a need arises they will have to source for good profiles either from jobsites or databases or through reference.

If the profile is suitable for the opening then they will have to schedule for interview in coordination with the job sekker and the development team which as the opening

2. Post-Recruitment :

a.) If candidate is selected then issuing offer letters, signing Non Disclosure certificates ect;
b.) Arranging for their date of joining
c.) Arranging for Induction program [ Induction is a program which takes place on the first few days when an employee joins the company where he is explained about the Company ]
d. ) Arranging for training for the particular candidate. He will be trained in all technologies.
e. ) Employee Apraisal: After a year the employee will need a appraisal from his current pay. It is the duty of Hr to coordinate with the Project Lead/ Team Lead of the employee and fulfill that
f. ) Important function of an Hr is Employee Grievance: When any employee feels down with any major problem, it is the duty of the Hr to discuss with the employee and the concerned team and solve his/her problems.

3. Exit formalities:
a. ) When an employee is going out of office then he ask to take the exit interview. It will contain info like why he/she is going from company, what he/she liked and dis-liked in the company? etc;
b.) Full and final settlement: It is the duty of Hr to see to that the employee gets all his dues like PF,ESI and all other things settled.
c.) Issuing relieving certificates is the last action of an Hr towards an employee.

Resources defined:
1. A source of supply, support, or aid, esp. one that can be readily drawn upon when needed
2. The collective wealth of a country or its means of producing wealth
3.Usually, resources. money, or any property that can be converted into money; assets.

You do not even own yourself and you’re only task here is to - Work – Work – Work. You are live property that belongs to this corporation that you live in.

The Department of Human Resources are only here to make sure that its livestock is back in good condition to work work work.
