Disagree. I always go back to my carpet theory of infidelity. Marriage is like brand new, white carpet. Having an affair is like tracking in dirt and tar all over your carpet. The stains will never come out. Not every man wants to live with dirty carpet for the rest of their lives.

no longer a black male, yet i'm a black lady so i am going to weigh in in any case. I have no longer some thing adverse to interracial relationship, yet like someone reported above, the black guy is continually relationship a white woman. And if a black woman is the numerous personality of a tutor and god forbid she's knowledgeable and valuable, she's continually bitchy. Black woman can under no circumstances win! on the different hand we go with more desirable black couples on television to illustrate that no longer all black couples are dysfunctional (unmarried parent concern) like some people look to believe... My father and mom are both black and performance been married for over 2 a lengthy time period. per chance then we may be able to end those stereotypes early on.

Well I have to agree... my reason behind it is... I have a sister who has never been turned down by a married man.. and she has been divorced since 1991... and believe me she has been propositioned alot of times over the years by married men...

and right now I don't know a married man who hasn't cheated on his wife.. and I do consider people who live together as being in a committed relationship and they are also included in this catagory...

I think any man who was unhappy in his relationship for long enough would certainly contemplate cheating. He might not for cultural, religious or philosophical reasons, but I think he would want to.

And some men are going to cheat even when they are happily, deliriously in love.

Studies of humans seem to suggest that we are both monogamous and adulterous. There are not too many cultures where humans don't couple up, and there are not many cultures where humans don't cheat, either -- women as much as men!. We seem to like the stability of the committed relationship as much as we like the stimulation of novelty.

It's amazing, actually, given our natures, that we get so completely distraught when our mates behave adulterously. But we do. It actually feels life-threatening! I figure that's what must be behind our cultural prohibitions of adultery. It just hurts too much.

Every man on the planet would cheat if "his" right person came along and tempted him. The only reason some men don't cheat is because he has not met "his" right person. Don't kid yourself, ladies, no matter how great you think your guy is, there is somebody out there that he wouldn't think twice about if given the opportunity. Sad but true.

Disagree. 50% of married men cheat. 50% do not. People who will agree are either cheaters, have been cheated on, or screwing around with a married person and trying to justify their actions or their loved one's actions.
