i am 17 years old living in the state of NC and want to move out to Boston to be on my own.I am currently staying in a house hold that is unhealth for a young teenage like me.My parent has depression and is sometimes suicidal.PLEASE help me on how i can get started on my new life as an adult

You need a job and good grades in my state. I think you also need a couple responsible adults that you known for a while to vouch for you in court. Talk to you school councelor for more information. Remember though that the biggest part is showing that you can make it on your own, rent, bills, etc. You must be VERY responsible.

You need to talk to an Attorney or the Clerk of family/domestic services in your state. What is in Boston? Can you not hang out for a while until you turn 18 and leave legally?

You have to be able to hold a job, finish school, and pay rent, or have another place to live. Are there friends who's parent's would let you stay with them? I had a friend in high school that stayed with us because her mom was trying to force her and her sisters into prostitution.
