I want to given animated background in my emails. How it is possible. What is the procedure & source.

you could make an anitimated gif by using a gif animator program where you make a series of pictures that are antimated.(Microsoft gif animator is free)

Please don't. There is enough stupid crap in email, now. Don't add to the problem.
If you use an animated gif chances are it will be blocked as spam, deleted by the receiver's email program, or take forever to download to those you are sending it to.
I'm sure they will be impressed if your email causes their program to hang, even more so if they get a message that says your email was blocked as a virus.
PS: particularly don't include a link to a picture on someone else's server. It's as rude as inviting your friends to a pool party in someone else's backyard. It could take forever to download, may very well be seen as a virus or spam, and is technically illegal.

with the usual email providers it is not possible to give animated backgrnds at this moment. However, if u want to include animated graphics into ur mail it is possible.
This is how
the image, animated must be hosted on a web some where. (u can see animated images here www.i-search.co.in)
Right click on it.
select Copy
and then paste it directly in to ur email (ctrl + C)
This way u will be able to host it over the email

If you go to http://www.incredimail.com, you can upgrade to the nice email letter formats and silly animations that they have. I use it as it is only a one time fee. I bought the lifetime one though.
