Well a love starts with a friendship, if you look at your friend and can see the very thoughts that they want to speak, then it's love. If you feel totally amazed everytime you are with your friend then it's love.
Scenario: My friend and i went to the movies, a love story. Did we feel compelled to hold hands, cry or console each other, no we were both girls. But after the movie, i was still crying and the guy friend i went to the same movie with, held me and we shared our veiws on love, the movie and eah other.
Do either one of those sound familiar? With the first, we were same sex, you didn't know until i told you, the second i told you we were opposites, but in both situations we were friends. The difference being, the guy and i connected. It's hard to explain.
But the one thing i promise you, is if you look into the eyes of your friend for more than 30 seconds after watching a love story with a sad ending, and he doesn't kiss you and you reciprocate, then it ain't love.

That is a really good question. I think inside you really know. You love your friends, but if it is like the butterfly feelings, and totally different from other friends then you know. If you love them unconditionally, and something is just too right about it then I feel sure it's probably past the friendship level. I am no expert because I have been in the same situation, and didn't know what to do or what was going on, but in my inner soul I truly knew.

Actually there's nothing big that seperates them from each other or its just a fine line inbetween them. The best part about real love though is when your lover is your best friend!!! That is the best of all worlds!
