How do you tie a scarf so that it covers your mouth when you're walking and stays in place? It's very cold outside and I have a medium-length wool scarf, but I can never get it to stay over my mouth.

Fold the scarf in half, then wrap it around your face, then pull the loose ends through the loop at the other end.

I have a long one and I lay it over my head and ears-like a head band and then just wrap around-maybe get a lighter material-something that will stick to itself.
