try searching for brazilian jeans, they will make the thighs look less big and give ur butt a lift. they are really cute and have stretch in them for the thighs...
and if u wanna just downsize your thighs, i swear squats 4 sets of 25 each 1x a day..work wonders!!!

Try Rhonda Shear jeans on HSN.com they are not too expensive, most are on sale too. They have different colors & styles in stretch with a hidden built in control girdle to firm up thighs, hips, abs, and butt. They make you look a size or two smaller. No one will know but you! I like them!

I know this sounds terrible, but babyphat has huge thighs and are as low as 20 to 30 when on sale at macys.
