Why can't I get the first season of Crossing Jordan on DVD?

I've seen less popular shows out inside a couple of seasons, and this show is in its 6th I think!

I have been wondering this too...

they had some problems obtaining the rights to the music...

but I think it might be realized on DVD soon....
