Whats the Name of the Purple and blue African American Marvel superhero with an H on his forehead?

This guy had a purple X on his forehead, and a white H on top. The rest of his mask was blue, if u ever say this guy he'd remind you of captian america because of the mask, only he's got a better tan.

I’d like to suggest you go to the Marvel Directory site, which is alphabetical, and it supposedly lists every single Marvel character. So, if you go through the H’s, or the X’s, you Should be able to find him. They have images of the heroes, so you should have not trouble recognizing him. Good luck, and enjoy!
