They talk about wondering if the world is real and what is life's purpose a lot. If life is being waisted on people who don't use it to the fullest. And theres no point in living if you just die in the end

well, i wouldn't say they are philosophers as much because they are asking the question and not providing a theological answer.
if you just ask "why are we here?" and "what is the point of living?" you aren't being philosophical, you are just sparking a philosophical thought in someone else.
and even if there isn't a point in life (i guess we won't know for sure until the end) why not enjoy it while you are in this physical form, while you are able to feel things both tangeable and untangeable?
