That is, will they realize that an unborn baby, regardless of what you believe constitutes a baby in the womb cannot commit a crime?

I have 2 children, one of whom is adopted.

There are abortion alternatives. Why famous people feel the need to adopt outside this country escapes logic.

I'm in complete and utter agreeance, once conception occurs the fetus is a person. and no one better give you "pro-choice" because it was Timothy McVay's choice to kill other people too. Abortion is MURDER

Not sure what Ginkgo has to do with any of that, but I get the fact that this is a free society and if science has determined a medical breakthrough that is lawful, then the United States government cannot intervene.

As for the death penalty, I say if they are guilty, kill them all.

But what about the people that are pro-life and support the death penalty? Now there is a contradiction. Being pro-life, doesn't that mean that you are against the unnatural destruction of anything living? After all, doesn't the Bible tell us to forgive people who have sinned against humanity. Isn't that Jesus would have done?

Here are a few simple questions for you:
What is the biological definition of death? The cessation of brain waves. Do fetuses have brain waves before the third trimester? NO. They are not sentient beings at that point. Let's worry a lot more about saving the people who are already ALIVE, by stopping war, stopping disease, doing research into the use of stem cells, and so on. The earth has far more invested in a living person than it does a fetus. Would you keep a fetus alive even if it meant the mother died? How about in vitro fertilization? For some women it's the only way they can become pregnant but doing it requires that many fertilized eggs be wasted. What are your true values here?

Yeah, but when they are raised by drug addicted trash and mug you when you're out having a nice night with the wife you'll be changing your tune. We aren't cattle or cats. Drop a few million of us on the planet and it has an impact. Especially when you weren't wanted in the first place.

:: And to the original poster, I applaud that immensely. You want to be "Pro Life"? Adopt a kid like this guy did. I agree. I don't understand the rationale for adopting kids in far off exotic locales. There's plenty to be had here. My oldest Sister was adopted. There ended up being 8 of us. Good Catholics. I'm Pro Choice in that I say that it is an option for the individual to decide. For guidance in these decisions there are multiple options. I don't think that an individual in a "Free" Country should have their reproductive rights legislated. I could go on at length about this but I doubt the veracity of a forum like this. Regardless, good for you about your kids.

Hhhmmm Don't know ...
but do you think that if we force all "pro-lifers" to actually provide financial, emotional, and all other requirements for all the unwanted, abused, and neglected children in the world, that they would finally get it and quit being such Hippocrates?

I'm not sure what ginkgo biloba has to do with your question but sense it seems you are anti-abortion that means that you are volunteering to support (financially and emotionally) all the unwanted children in America?

Then why don't you adopt them all?
