I need some information about Port Angeles, WA how is city, the weather , how many time take go on car from There to Seattle and about the quality of life there in comparison to Oregon and Idaho

Port Angeles is about 2 hours from Seattle. You would have to take a ferry and then drive across the Hood Canal bridge.
The weather is nice. They get about 25 inches of rain a year.
Comparing it to Oregon and Idaho is tough because there are lots of different places in both of those states. Are you wanting to compare it to Portland or Sandpoint?

ANYWHERE in Washington state is better than Oregon and Idaho and the rest of the world except Ireland and England.

It all depends on the intended period of your travel and of course different day of the week will give different ticket cost.
