3log(24)(24^(2/3))
log(24)((24^(2/3))^3)
log(24)(24^((2/3) * 3))
log(24)(24^(6/3))
log(24)(24^2)

ANS : 2

----------------------------------

log(7)28 =
log(7)(7 * 4)
log(7)7 + log(7)4

1 + log(7)(2^2)

or

log(7)(28) = (log(28))/(log(7)) = 1.7124

ANS : 1 + log(7)4 or 1 + 2log(7)2 or 1.7124

The log is the exponent: if a^b = c, then log (base a) of c = b.

I assume what you wrote means 3 • log (base 24) of 24^(2/3), so you get
3 • 2/3 = 2.
