Hey just press "Windows logo key + L" and then your whole computer will be locked until you press log on button, it does not logoffs or shutsdown your computer but just locks your keyboard and mouse, also you can put a password so that no one can access your computer even when it is ON.

If you are using windows 2000 pro, xp, 2000 server, 2003 server operating systems.
There is an option called as lock computer. After logging on your system you have press "ctrl +alt+ del ". A dialog with 6 options will appear on the screen. On that dialog box go for lock computer option. It will lock the system.
To release the lock again you press the same (ctrl+alt+del). It will ask the password of the current user.
If you have any password give and work else just press "enter" and unlock the system.

.
There is no option exactly like that. But you can use the lock computer option.
In mobile if you lock the keypad, you cannot work with the phone unless u press the unlock and *.
Similarly in computer lock, you cannot use the computer unless you provide the password.
But there is no keyboard lock like mobile phones.
