making them do sexual things if they get them addicted to drugs, because they cant afford to support the habbit. I see and hear Teens in trouble, but they wont say who the people are thats getting them addicted. I called the local police department before the Hollidays to volunteer to help put these criminals in jail, but my call was never returned by that detective, what else can I do? I hate to see this happening to todays youth...

They wouldn't let you volunteer for safety reasons. If something would happen to you, the cops would have one hell of a lawsuit on them. And just because you haven't heard back does not mean they aren't doing anything. They may be doing some surveillance and investigating that they cannot disclose. So, be patient, and hope they get them. P.S. Thanks for helping out though, people just don't get involved anymore like they used to.

Go to 12-step program for drug addiction and other outreach programs instead of the police. The cops would love to help you, but often they are too busy and overworked. The 12-step programs will be most likely to know where you can help.
Now ,if you have knowledge of who is addicting the kids, tell the police. They want the bad guys off the street as much as you do.
