i dont think so. run it at a lower your in game resolution. check how much onbored ram is on your computer if its less then 512mb that most likey why. or its possable you got a virus or some spyware useing up all your cpu causeing the game to lock up in in this case "lag".

You know you are heading for DISASTER. You should stop now and get a bigger power supply. Not a 350 watt power supply, cuz you need to supply other components. In a month, if you do not you WILL FRY something. Then your expensive card may go out too. How much did it cost? Get at least a a 500 w power supply. I read the other answers, and apparently they did not see that you were heading for danger. If you do not believe me, talk to a computer tech.

Anyway, if your power supply were not the issue, then you need to check up on your memory. You need to find out how much memory your computer can handle and what you have right now. What happens is that gaming requires memory and if you have insufficient it will use the disk drive and REALLY slow things down.

You know you might look at getting a bare bones case with a power supply and maybe dual core motherboard in it. You fry your computer and then it will be more expensive to get another computer. Then if you do get the bare bones computer case, all you have to do is transfer your high speed card over, the disk drives, and your internal hard drive and you are on the road. Read to kick bootie and toot your tootie!!!!!

i'm not sure why maybe its because of the fact that its a 150 watt power supply being used for a 350 watt video card. maybe a new power supply would help. however since you can play games with ease it might not be the power supply. maybe it is your connection.

Now im not sure, but I dont think the power supply has anything to do with the lag problem (although that is a big problem too...) Its your internet connection. If it only lags during online play, then its definitely your internet connection.....But, if it lags while you arent on the internet, then it could be various things.
