This is the question which keeps those in the mental health field in business. It also, according to Jung is the cause of alcohol-drug abuse. The big problem is a lot of people think thy are the only ones which are being tormented and get stuck in one place, Becoming more and more depressed. Answer this question is this fixation creation a positive or negative impact on my life. If it is negative get of your @@@ and change your behavior. You are in charge of creating your reality.
