The true answer would be ALL the vehicles are either running or nonrunning. To get a real close estimate on the number of people in the world, you would count the legs and divide by two. Example: L= legs, X= people. The formula would be L/2= X.

total no. of vehicles in the world = no. of persons in this earth - no. of poor persons on this earth (like me!!)

running vehicles = no. of those persons who have some work to do = total no. of vehcles/2

non-running = rest
