Women employees, i think, are more focussed and devoted to their work, especially at higher designations. Having said this, i do not imply that men lag behind too much, or are disinterested. However, based on experience, i see that women managers can take decisions much quicker as they rarely go in for expert opinions from others, relying more on their own instincts and expertise.

there should be a good mix of genders in the work place as both genders bring in different expertise on table and have different work pattern which makes the result more effective and innovative.

college education improves productivity for everybody.
women are better at multi-tasking and taking care of details
men are better at giving 150% to a single task, and ignoring bad work conditions (weather, rude customers)
men also tend to be physically stronger.
