Well first of all its Pedro Infante not Infente. Anyway, he was a very famous mariachi singer and mexican by the way. He died years ago..

Yes. He was a Mexican Actor/Singer. I believe that in Mexico the people still celebrate his birthday ever year, but I'm not sure.
