I have HP PSc 1215 Priner . I insert new black (original one)cartridge but is not by accept printer. there is coming message Please check our black Cartridge. after i cleaned cartridge but not yet it is working.
But Scaning is working that machine What shoud I do ( I have some knolage about Electronic) thank you.

take the tape off the bottom of the cartridge. check the HP web site for trouble shooting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you purchase the right cartridge, there are HP cartridges out there that look identical but are electronically different. You need a 45, a number 15 will look strikingly similar to this. If you have a 15 installed you have the wrong cartridge.

Usually turning off the printer for around half an hour does the trick. If not, maybe the cartridge is damaged or the printer's print head is damage. If you think this is the case, contact your manufacturer's website (in this case www.hp.com). Usually there is a support line. The scanning has nothing to do with the printing, unless you're copying.

dear friend, this is very happy to met your problem because i have just recovered from the same problem in my printer. just take your cartridge off from the printer and read the manual carefully. your cartridge might be duplicate or not for 12 series. my printer is of 3000 series and its response is very well according to me.

THEY MUST HAVE GIVEN ALONG WITH UR PRINTER
OR ELSE CALL HP CALL CENTRE
THEY WILL GUIDE U OVER THE PHONE
AND U CAN MAKE NECESSARY CHANGES AND MAKE IT WORK
