He's a sweet transvestite from the planet Transsexual, Transylvania.
And that old lady with the elaborate costumes and wigs, though I can't remember her name. She was very funny though, and her slight mannishness only added to the comedy. She actually made quite a decent gal. (Not in an attractive way, she was quite old...)
