i heard april 16, but it was only when the DVD is available to be rented at blockbuster.

won't be out untill probaly late April because it just recently released in theaters heres the process they have to do:
1.keep the movie in theaters for 10 weeks
2. start making covers and making copies(for the UNITED STATES)
3. get them packed up
4. get approved
5. ship them to stores
6. stock them for a couple weeks untill certain date
7. sell them(usually first day all sold out)

of course it will really excellent movies are all the time , and Eragon is such a total piece of dreck that it should HAVE been sent straight to DVD in the first place if you ask me
