OK, Binary Ionic has to have a metal and a non-metal, so AlCl3, KF, Ag2O, BaS

Binary Molecular has to have two non-metals, so CO and CH4

Ternary Ionic has to have metal/non-metal or ammonia/non-metal, so Ca(OH)2, Pb(NO2)2 and (NH4)2S
