Muskrat. It was very good. Cooked slow in a crock pot. Tasted a lot like roast beef.

The time my teacher tricked us into eating rabbit meat (we were in the process of reading the book "Hatchet" by Gary Paulson, I think). It had been cooking all day (we ate it at 3 p.m.) and it was extremely disgusting. We accused her of murdering the Easter bunny.

wild moose -- it was OK, not terrific
buffalo -- same opinion as for wild moose
ostrich -- tasted just like beef!
rabbit -- prepared alike, it tastes just like chicken
(I understand that rattlesnake does, too)
