Absolutely. Condoms are not 100% effective. Sometimes... they just don't work!
Everything happens for a reason!
Best of luck!

Well, it sounds like you can, since it happened to you. YES, it doesn't matter how old or new the condom is, it could still have a break or leak! And was that the ONLY time you ever had sex (if so, wow, you guys were reaaaaallllly luck...or unlucky....however you want to look at it). Condoms are NOT 100% effective. Nothing is, except absitnence, and that doesn't sound very fun, does it?

Condoms are not 100% effective. No method of birth control is. Abstinence is the only way you can guarantee that you won't be pregnant (or getting someone pregnant). Not that that is what I'm advocating, I'm just stating facts. :)
There are different ways that it could happen: holes, perhaps some sperm leaked, etc.

a condom is not used as a means of contraception. there is always a risk attached of an unwanted pregnancy which i'm sure you know better by now

Sometimes they leak, especially if you don't pull out right after ejaculation.
