today at school... some of my friends were talking about a quiz thing they were taking online that supposedly tells you what the top 5 colleges for you would be... does anybody know the website??

I have no idea which site your friends mentioned, but if you go to
http://www.collegeboard.com
and click on "College Matchmaker," you can go through a several-page form, select the various qualities you are seeking in a college, and it will generate a list of schools tailored to your qualifications, interests, and goals. It would be well worth your time to investigate the schools on that list!
