i want a source code for pc to pc serial communication using rs232 in vb using mscomm.

As MScomm is a VB6.0 control you may have been supplied with a set of MSDN disks. There is a sample program called VBterm which is a terminal program that can be run on each PC.
If MSDN is installed on your PC check in the following directory ( It was included on several releases of MSDN .
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\MSDN\2001JUL\1033\SAMPLES\VB98\Mscomm
