if you are in a large metropolitan area, they will be advertised as such in the for rent section of the newspaper. Realtors that specialize in rental only might be able to find one in their database, but i don't think so.

if you are in a small or rural area, i think it would be smart to call the department of housing and urban development and ask them. (HUD).
