Is there anything wrong or is this normal? Anything to ease the pain? They're very sensitive right now, hurts like hell

if you wear an undershirt, the fabric may be irritating the skin. also, certain laundry detergents can result in an irritation.
really-----cover your nipples with gauze for a day or two. before do so, wash them with neutrogena soap and pat completely dry.
they should improve rather quickly.

Most likely it is normal, you should call your Dr. just to be safe though.
