i have a internet download manager but it is a trial version.
pls help me

I highly recommend and use "Free Download Manager"
http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/
It's excellent and has never failed me. Plus it's free. Many options to change, not difficult to understand plus it doesn;t install spyware or any annoying garbage.
I would delete that trial stuff off your pc.

the manager is only for when you download thing that get saved into your computer. the manager tell where the progam will be save or lets you choose where it goes. they also have a few extra items to go with it. usally by default, downloads are save to your desktop...
